William’s presentation on “spiritual enzymes” gave us a different perspective on how to handle the world. Some enzymes he mentioned were forgiveness, humility, faith, and grace. I think I forgot something, what was it? He said that we eat (or take in) people’s hurtful and damaging words everyday by angry and offensive people. We often want to curse back or do SOMETHING to retaliate. But with these enzymes we are able to break down the junk we take in and live without the heavy baggage. Building these enzymes does not come naturally. We need to eat God’s daily bread (”give us today our daily bread”) and learn His heart through prayer and the Word! to good health!
