John 2 – Jesus performs his first miracle at a wedding in Canaan – turning water into wine. I catch myself thinking about how awesomely delicious that wine must have been.
Why do we stress the story of Jonah to kids in Sunday school? I’m not sure if it was thought out, because He’s the worst, most insubordinate prophet who refused to listen to God.
Gen 1:28 “And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth…” Sex was God’s …

When Jesus and his disciples came to rest at a town, the people gathered to hear his teaching and to bring to him the sick, praising God as they were healed. Then Jesus said, “You believe because you see the miraculous signs. Blessed are those of great faith who have not seen and yet believe.”

You can’t hide from your troubles
for they will find you.
You can’t run from your troubles
for they will run after you.
Trouble is not hard to find
for it’s always looking for you.
If you flew to another country
it would be there waiting for you.
Our troubles are like a huge bag we carry around
Although it’s too heavy we won’t put it down.
Cast your troubles upon the Lord
for He knows what to do,
He will remove all your troubles
if you allow him to.
